📢 Book Pattern is Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
BookPattern is growing, and we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to help us expand our international client base.
We’re a specialized book design and publishing-services company serving authors, self-publishers, editors, and publishers, primarily in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Generate qualified international leads
- Develop LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
- Research and identify potential clients
- Manage digital marketing campaigns
- Assist with paid advertising
- Create and support content marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and conversion data
- Continuously test and improve lead-generation strategies
👤 What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and cold email
- Knowledge of Meta/Google/LinkedIn advertising is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
- Experience with international/B2B marketing is a strong advantage
Most importantly: We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to post on social media. We want someone who understands that marketing should generate qualified opportunities and revenue.
📍 Location: Bangladesh — Hybrid/Remote
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability
