PsyntaxLabs Solutions is looking for a talented and results-driven professional to join our team remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and qualify potential leads
• Manage and grow our social media platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content
• Nurture and follow up with potential clients
• Track performance and continuously improve results

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong understanding of lead generation, social media marketing and digital campaigns
• Proactive, organised, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

**Salary**

Up to **BDT 200,000 per month**, + Quarterly performance bonus
