Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a part-time, unpaid internship based in Dhaka with a hybrid working model, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms, following brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, collecting performance data, and supporting basic web analytics reporting. The intern will also help with online content updates, researching digital marketing trends and competitor activities, and preparing simple marketing reports for the team. This role offers practical experience working closely with marketing and product teams on real projects in a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign execution and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to support data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaborating with team members and creating clear, engaging content.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or email marketing is beneficial.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and work in a hybrid environment (office and remote) in Dhaka.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, IT) is an advantage but not mandatory.
