Our core products include Nexvat (NBR-enlisted VAT automation and compliance software), Fintrack360 (Accounting & Financial Tracking software), Eduguard360 (School Management Software), and POS solutions for retail and service businesses. We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team nationwide and are looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to grow our client base and recurring revenue.

About The Internship

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Intern to own the day-to-day marketing and public relations push across our product line. In the near term, the focus is on two things: (1) building public awareness that our VAT software is NBR enlisted and ready for businesses to adopt, and (2) running a focused campaign to start selling our School Management Software to schools and educational institutions. Beyond that, you'll help build out our overall social media presence, SEO, content, campaigns, and PR — essentially, anything and everything under the digital marketing umbrella.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the company's digital marketing and PR strategy across our four products, with an immediate focus on building public awareness for our NBR-enlisted VAT software.
• Plan and run a dedicated campaign to generate awareness and leads for the School Management Software among schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
• Create engaging content — posts, reels, carousels, stories, short videos, and graphics — that explains product features in simple, audience-friendly language.
• Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a content calendar; coordinate product launches, feature announcements, offers, and campaigns.
• Handle SEO for our website and blog — keyword research, on-page optimization, and content that helps us rank for relevant search terms.
• Support email marketing and outbound outreach to prospective clients (accounting firms, schools, retail and trading businesses).
• Assist with basic paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) when budget allows, and monitor performance.
• Work closely with the product and design teams to translate features into clear, compelling marketing content.
• Track reach, engagement, leads, and conversions across channels, and suggest data-backed improvements.
