Digital Marketing Intern

Norqel Technologies is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern who is motivated, creative, and interested in building a career in digital marketing. This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience with social media management, digital campaigns, content creation, advertising, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms

• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns for products and services

• Develop engaging social media content, captions, and promotional materials

• Assist in planning and implementing social media marketing strategies

• Promote the company’s brand, products, and services across relevant digital channels

• Monitor social media engagement, trends, and audience behavior

• Assist with paid advertising campaigns and basic campaign optimization

• Use AI tools for content creation, research, marketing campaigns, and daily marketing activities

• Coordinate with design and content teams to prepare marketing materials

• Occasionally participate in field marketing activities, promotional events, or on-site campaigns as required.

Requirements

• Recent graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.

• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media

• Practical knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them effectively for marketing-related tasks

• Good communication and writing skills

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas

• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus

• Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

BDT 10,000–12,000 per month

Permanent placement will be considered after 6 months based on performance, with compensation negotiable at that stage.
