We are looking for a creative, self-driven Digital Marketing Intern to support our content and digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with intake seasons and campaign objectives.
• Write copy for social media posts, carousels, reels, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Design static assets — social posts, carousels, banners, posters, and event materials.
• Produce motion content — reels, short videos, animated posts, and subtitled clips, including editing and sound.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual and written output.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube; monitor engagement and route inquiries to the counselling team.
• Support Meta and Google ad campaigns, including creative testing and performance tracking.
• Assist with blog content, SEO, and monthly performance reporting.
• Stay current with AI tools and platforms for content creation, design, video, copywriting, and marketing — and apply them to improve speed and quality of output, while ensuring accuracy on all university, visa, and admissions information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong ability in content planning, content creation, and content design across both static and motion formats.
• Practical skill in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma) and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
• Genuine familiarity with AI tools and platforms for content and digital marketing, with the ability to explain how you use them.
• Good written communication in English and Bangla.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio is mandatory — designs, reels, campaigns, or personal projects are all acceptable.

Preferred: prior internship or freelance experience, paid campaign exposure, photography or videography skills.
