We are looking for passionate, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Experts who have proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
2. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
3. Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing campaigns.
4. Generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
5. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

6. Create campaign reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.
7. Manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
8. Coordinate with the design, content, and development teams for campaign execution.
9. Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
10. Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels for better performance.

Required Skills & Expertise

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on industrial or agency experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong expertise in:

* Facebook & Instagram Ads
* Google Ads
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Meta Pixel & Conversion API
* Conversion Tracking
* Lead Generation Campaigns
* Performance Marketing
* Remarketing & Retargeting
* Excellent understanding of:
* Marketing Funnels
* Audience Research
* Campaign Optimization
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
* A/B Testing
* Budget Allocation & ROI Analysis
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Experience managing international client projects will be considered a significant advantage.
* Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Certifications will be considered a plus.

Educational Requirements

* Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
Candidates from Marketing, BBA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields will receive preference.

Experience Requirement

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial/agency experience is mandatory.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable results.
