Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Expert (Meta Ads) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive course sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution ability who understands digital platforms, performance marketing, and audience behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads and conversions
- Plan and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns
- Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads (Search, display, and YouTube)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Work closely with content and design teams for campaign creatives
- Manage marketing funnels from awareness to sales
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for lead quality and conversion
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Educational Qualification
Graduation from any discipline (Marketing / Business / CSE preferred)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and YouTube marketing
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign planning
- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
- Creative thinking with a performance-driven mindset
- Proactive, result-oriented, and accountable
- Competitive computer skills (MS office, Google Sheets, etc.)
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
- Experience in EdTech / training / service-based industry is a plus
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
