- Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business and marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly digital marketing activities, campaign calendars and budgets.
- Manage the company’s presence across digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Establish content plans and coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent digital content.
- Plan, launch, monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Control digital advertising budgets and enhance campaign performance based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and overall ROI.
- Drive digital campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition and sales conversion.
- Design and optimize landing pages, lead funnels, forms and call-to-action mechanisms to maximize conversion.
- Execute SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Track website, social media and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports covering traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, advertising costs and ROI.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, customer behavior and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Lead digital campaigns for product launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital channels in accordance with company brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Design and IT departments to deliver digital marketing and business objectives.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
