Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute daily online marketing activities to promote Pizeon Luxury Linens and drive brand awareness and sales. This full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh includes planning and running social media campaigns, creating engaging digital content, and optimizing online presence across platforms. The position involves monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports to support data-driven decisions. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies, support product launches, and ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also includes staying updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and best practices to enhance the company’s online visibility.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand promotion, and basic knowledge of e-commerce or retail marketing.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including experience managing brand pages, creating posts, and engaging with audiences on major platforms.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including the ability to write compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional copy.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and basic performance reporting.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, retail, or home and lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh on a full-time schedule are required.
