We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

👥 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: 02

⏳ 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2–3 Years

🕘 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: 6 Days/Week

💰 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: BDT 25,000 – 35,000

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Plan, execute, monitor & optimize digital marketing campaigns.

* Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads from setup to reporting.

* Implement SEO strategies, keyword research & on-page optimization.

* Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.

* Coordinate content calendars and campaign execution with creative teams.

* Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, ROAS, reach & engagement.

* Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console & Meta Business Suite.

* Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

* Conduct market & competitor research.

* Monitor leads and coordinate proper follow-up.

* Communicate with clients and internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, Communications, or a related field.

* 2–3 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.

* Good understanding of SEO, SMM, Content Marketing & Lead Generation.

* Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console & Meta Business Suite.

* Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

* Digital Marketing Agency experience will be preferred.
