Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Evergreen’s premium brands and solutions. Daily activities include managing social media channels, producing web content, monitoring online engagement, and optimizing campaigns using web analytics. The executive will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals, support brand awareness, and drive customer inquiries through online platforms. The role also involves preparing performance reports, staying updated on digital marketing trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing brand presence on key platforms and engaging audiences.
• Ability in Web Content Writing, with a focus on creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Experience using Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO and basic digital advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Dhaka and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
