Aspiration FALUZ Ltd. is looking for a creative, performance-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh

🏢 Industry: Real Estate & Construction

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content, including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns for real estate projects.

• Coordinate with the creative, sales, and management teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify new opportunities.

• Maintain and strengthen the company’s digital presence and brand identity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role; real estate experience will be an advantage.

• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content-creation tools.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital advertising, and lead generation.

• Good communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and time-management skills.

Someone who can combine creativity with data-driven marketing, take ownership of campaigns, and help build a strong digital presence for our real estate projects.
