Smart Traveler Park is looking for a proactive, creative Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives. The role is central to building brand visibility, generating quality leads, and supporting client and B2B agent acquisition across all marketing channels.

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads
• Manage the company's social media presence: content calendar, posting, community engagement, and page growth
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities: print ads, banners, flyers, standees, local sponsorships, and participation in travel fairs/exhibitions
• Coordinate SEO/SEM efforts and work with developers to keep website content current and search-friendly
• Monitor and manage online reputation — respond to reviews, comments, and inbound inquiries
• Brief and coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors for creative assets and campaign materials
• Track campaign performance (reach, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI) and prepare regular reports for management
• Manage the marketing budget allocation across online and offline channels
• Build promotional tie-ups and partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers
• Support content creation, including blog posts, short videos, and email/SMS newsletters
• Track competitor activity and market trends within the travel and visa consultancy industry
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
