BandhuBuy is a growing e-commerce company building a strong product foundation — combining international sourcing with local Bangladeshi products, aiming to grow into a recognized brand. We're now building our online presence and looking for the right person to lead that effort from the ground up.

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Level 4, Nizamuddin Tower, Sector 15 (1 min distance from Uttara North Metro Station), Uttara, Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow BandhuBuy's overall social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Plan and execute campaigns that build brand awareness, not just short-term sales spikes
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns within budget
• Track performance metrics and report on what's working
• Coordinate with the design/video team to plan content calendars
• Build community engagement — respond to trends, manage brand voice, grow follower base organically
• Contribute to overall brand positioning and growth strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media pages/accounts (please share links)
• Understanding of Meta Business Suite, ad campaign setup, and basic analytics
• Strong grasp of Bangladeshi social media trends and audience behavior
• Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset
• Good communication skills, written and spoken
