Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. In this position, the individual will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, and other online channels to support brand awareness and customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and updating web content, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting overall marketing strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and recommending improvements to digital marketing activities to drive growth and strengthen the distribution network.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Communication to plan campaigns and convey clear, consistent brand messaging.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, engage audiences, and optimize content performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing to produce clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content for websites and digital channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and refine digital strategies based on insights.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dhaka are beneficial.
• Prior experience in digital marketing roles and familiarity with common digital tools and platforms will be an advantage.
