Digital Marketing Director

Mirror: Web Image is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead and scale digital marketing operations across multiple client industries, with full ownership of monthly advertising budgets ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 100,000. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can set strategy, manage a team, and own performance across every account.

• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy for multiple client accounts across different industries (e-commerce, real estate, education, F&B, healthcare, export/B2B).
• Plan, allocate, and manage USD 50,000 – 100,000 in monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn with clear ROAS/CPA targets.
• Build and lead the performance marketing, content, and creative teams; assign KPIs and review performance weekly.
• Run full-funnel campaigns — awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention — scaling winners and cutting underperformers quickly.
• Oversee tracking and measurement setup: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, server-side tracking, and conversion APIs.
• Deliver monthly performance reports to clients and management covering spend, revenue, ROAS, and growth recommendations.
• Manage client relationships — onboarding, strategy presentations, monthly reviews, retention, and upselling.
• Supervise SEO, email/SMS marketing, landing page CRO, and organic social as supporting channels.
• Research competitors and market trends; identify new channels and testing opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, web development, and sales teams for smooth campaign execution.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-lead role.
• Proven track record managing large monthly ad budgets (USD 20,000+ minimum) with documented ROAS results.
• Expert-level hands-on skill in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
• Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, email automation, and conversion rate optimisation.
• Experience working in an agency environment handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Data-driven decision-making — comfortable with attribution models, cohort analysis, and spreadsheet-based reporting.
• Excellent communication in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
• Ability to present strategy and results confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
• Portfolio or case studies of past campaigns required at interview.
