Avenza Tour is building a next-generation travel ecosystem for Bangladesh, connecting travelers with hotels, experiences, restaurants, and local tourism businesses. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help expand our organic presence in international markets, particularly Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

This position is for an experienced SEO professional with real, hands-on experience.

We are looking for someone who understands how to grow organic traffic through strategy, technical optimization, and high-quality SEO practices—not someone who relies solely on automated tools or AI-generated work.

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research focused on the travel and tourism industry.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, destination pages, and blog articles for search engines.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Develop ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Analyze competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to improve website performance and user experience.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
