Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khilkhet Thana for a Digital Marketing and Sales Executive. The role includes planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, online marketplaces, and other relevant platforms to increase brand visibility and product awareness. The Executive will manage content creation for digital channels, coordinate promotional activities, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Day-to-day tasks also involve engaging with customers, driving in-store and online sales, maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors, and supporting overall sales strategy to meet revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams for product launches, market feedback, and promotional initiatives is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications

• Digital marketing skills, including social media management, basic SEO, and campaign execution.
• Sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to convert leads and build long-term relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Basic data analysis skills to track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Ability to work on-site in Khilkhet Thana and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG sales and marketing is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
