Digital Marketer (Lead Generation & Client Outreach) - Night Shift

Pixxen is looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development and Lead Generation Specialist who can bring in new clients for our UI/UX design and web development agency. We serve clients across the US, UK, and Europe, and we need someone who knows how to find the right decision-makers, start conversations, and turn them into qualified leads.

This role isn't about running social media or paid ads. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience hunting clients through LinkedIn, cold email, and other outbound channels, and who can build and manage a repeatable outreach pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target clients (startups, SaaS companies, agencies, and businesses that need UI/UX or web development services) in the US, UK, and Europe
• Build targeted prospect lists with verified decision-maker contacts
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns: connection requests, personalized messaging, follow-ups, and conversation nurturing
• Plan and execute cold email campaigns, including copywriting, sequencing, A/B testing, and deliverability management
• Explore and test other acquisition channels such as Upwork, Clutch, industry communities, partnerships, and referral networks
• Qualify leads, book discovery calls, and hand off warm prospects to the founders or sales team
• Maintain and update the CRM with pipeline stages, follow-ups, and outreach activity
• Track outreach KPIs: response rates, meetings booked, lead quality, and conversion
• Support brand credibility efforts that help outreach convert, such as testimonials, case studies, reviews, and LinkedIn presence for the company and key team members
• Research competitors and refine positioning, messaging, and offers based on what's working

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of practical experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or outbound sales, ideally for a design, development, or digital agency
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booked meetings through LinkedIn and cold email
• Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Hunter, or similar
• Strong understanding of prospect research, list building, and email deliverability basics
• Excellent written English and the ability to write short, natural, non-spammy messages
• Comfortable talking to international clients and handling initial conversations professionally
• Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Self-driven, organized, and able to own a pipeline without micromanagement
• Basic understanding of SEO, brand marketing, or digital PR is a plus

• Salary: Depending on experience and skills, plus performance-based incentives on qualified leads or closed deals

• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
