Job Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Visual Content:
- Conceptualize and create high-quality graphics for social media posts, ad creatives, web banners, and promotional materials.
- Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, packaging, and corporate merchandise.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual channels (typography, colors, logo usage).
- Perform basic video editing, photo retouching, and motion graphic creation for social media campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Plan, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) to generate leads and boost ROI.
- Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve organic web traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate), and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate content scheduling and handle audience engagement on digital channels.
