Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and experienced Digital Growth Strategist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic community marketing and online seeding.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant Facebook Groups, Reddit communities, forums, websites, and online platforms.
• Execute strategic seeding campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and leads.
• Create natural, engaging, and platform-appropriate posts, comments, and replies.
• Identify relevant conversations where clients’ products/services can provide genuine value.
• Manage multiple campaigns and accounts while following platform guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and track reach, engagement, leads, and other KPIs.
• Conduct competitor and community research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Job Requirements

• Preferred degrees are BBA/ MBA in Marketing/ Business Strategy.
• Preferred Industry Type are Advertising & Marketing, Agency.
• At least 2 years of experience is needed.
