We are looking for a creative, proactive, and experienced Digital Growth Strategist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic community marketing and online seeding.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant Facebook Groups, Reddit communities, forums, websites, and online platforms.
- Execute strategic seeding campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and leads.
- Create natural, engaging, and platform-appropriate posts, comments, and replies.
- Identify relevant conversations where clients’ products/services can provide genuine value.
- Manage multiple campaigns and accounts while following platform guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and track reach, engagement, leads, and other KPIs.
- Conduct competitor and community research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements
- Experience: 2 years
