Are you results-driven, organized, and experienced in digital advertising? Join our team to manage paid ads, multi-platform posting, and marketing campaigns!

Location: Mirpur-12, Opposite of Meena bazar.

Schedule: Part-time / Full-time (to be discussed)

What You’ll Do:

✅ Manage & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads (monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

✅ Launch campaigns for promotions & lead generation

✅ Implement tracking (GA4 + Meta Pixel)

✅ Track leads from ads to conversion & generate reports

✅ Post across multiple platforms: Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Eventbrite, Nextdoor, Email campaigns & coordinate postcard campaigns

Requirements:

• 1+ year of proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, product analysis, and market trends.

• Proven experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads and performance optimization

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience with multi-platform social media management and content posting

• Proficiency in Canva and basic understanding of digital content creation.

Nice to Have:

• Video editing (Reels/TikTok)

• Email marketing platforms

• Print campaign coordination
