Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka at Dhaka Leather Corporation. The Dhaka Leather Corporation team member will support daily operations related to leather products, including coordinating with production staff, monitoring quality checks, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. The role involves maintaining documentation, communicating with internal departments, and assisting with inventory tracking and material handling as needed. The individual will help identify process improvements, follow safety and compliance standards, and provide regular status updates to supervisors. Collaboration with colleagues on the factory floor and in the office is essential to meet production targets and customer requirements.
Qualifications

• Ability to understand and support manufacturing or production processes in a leather or similar industrial setting.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow quality and safety guidelines consistently.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with production teams, supervisors, and other departments.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in a factory or workshop setting, adhering to health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and reliable approach to responsibilities.
• Previous experience in leather manufacturing, industrial operations, or related fields is an advantage but not always required.
• Relevant technical or vocational training, or a secondary/college-level education in a related discipline, is preferred.
