- To guide the Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
- Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
- Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
- Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
- Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
- Compares previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
- Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
- Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Finalize Financial Statement based on International and Local Accounting Standard.
- To liaise and negotiate with Bank & Financial institutions to arrange funding to meet the overall funding requirements.
- Maintain the bank loans and proper loan utilization.
- Communication with Bank for meeting company requirements.
- Analyze fund requirements.
- Control in overall expense in the company.
- Ensure timely receipt of all financial documents, cross check and prepare documents.
- Experience: At least 12 years
- Education: chartered accountant (aca/fca)
- Skills: accounting, finance management, financial accounting, financial management, budgeting and financial management, financial controls, corporate finance, accountants, financial mgmt
