Salary Range: BDT 150,000–180,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Garments & Textile Industry Management across the Group's manufacturing facilities.

• Ensure fire hydrants, fire pumps, detection and firefighting systems remain fully operational.

• Implement fire prevention, emergency response, fire drill and evacuation plans across all units.

• Ensure compliance with NFPA, BNBC, RSC/Accord and applicable fire-safety requirements.

• Lead the fire-safety team, review unit reports and drive corrective actions.

• Identify critical fire risks and report/escalate risks to Management immediately.

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• 12–15 years of experience in Garments, Textile or Group of Companies.

• Strong expertise in Fire Safety Management, Fire Protection & Detection Systems and Fire Safety Audits.

• Sound working knowledge of NFPA, BNBC and RSC/Accord requirements.

• Strong ability to lead fire-safety teams and handle multi-unit safety operations.

• Former RSC Fire Safety Engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
