We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, deployment, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives for our broker-hosted Order Management System (OMS). The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, and deployment environments.
- Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with software development and IT teams to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
- Manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production-related issues.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, security, and system reliability practices.
- Review existing infrastructure and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical consultation and guidance on DevOps tools, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in software engineering
- Skills: devops, it operations, devops practices, opsware, oracle order management, operations management, deployment automation, daily operations management
