Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in the Narayanganj District. The Designer will create visual materials that support language instruction and school branding, including print assets (such as textbooks, worksheets, posters) and digital content (such as social media graphics and website visuals). Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with teachers and administrative staff to translate educational concepts into clear, appealing designs, preparing files for print and digital publication, and maintaining consistency with the school’s visual identity. The role also involves iterating designs based on feedback, organizing design assets, and contributing ideas to improve learner engagement through visual communication.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) and strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills.
• Experience designing educational or informational materials, with the ability to present complex ideas in simple, visually clear formats.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work closely with educators and administrative staff and respond constructively to feedback.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, including the capacity to manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent branding.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding or interest in language education or Japanese culture is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Narayanganj District and maintain a professional, inclusive, and learner-centered approach.
