Executive Insights is seeking an exceptional, energetic, and target-driven Deputy Manager – Sales on behalf of a reputed Immigration Services.

The successful candidate will promote and sell premium business immigration solutions, including:

• Türkiye (TR) Citizenship by Investment
• New Zealand (NZ) Business Investor Visa
• Other passport, residency, and business immigration programmes

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct field and door-to-door sales activities.
• Identify high-potential clients and generate qualified business leads.
• Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and understand their immigration and investment needs.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and explain complex immigration services clearly.
• Convert prospects into clients through effective follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Address client concerns and objections confidently and professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.
• Represent the Immigration Services professionally in all client interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in direct, field, or door-to-door sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Demonstrated ability to sell high-value products or professional services.
• Experience dealing with HNWIs or premium-market clients will be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in face-to-face client engagement and persuasive selling.
• Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Professional appearance, conduct, and client-service mindset.

Remuneration

• Monthly earning potential: BDT 70,000 to BDT 700,000, comprising salary and performance-based commission.
• The final compensation package will depend on the candidate’s experience, suitability, and sales performance.
