The Major Responsibilities Of The Candidate Will Be

• Monitor the production input on line and achieve the production target on a daily basis.
• Analyze the monthly production plan, identify loopholes, and provide necessary direction to achieve departmental goals.
• Correspond with the relevant department regarding fabric and accessories based on the order sheet.
• Get the PP samples/size sets approved by the buyers and take necessary steps in time.
• Manage urgent and critical situations while processing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Ensure daily functional activities of the department by providing proper support and any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Conduct daily production meetings to achieve the weekly shipment schedule.
• Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs, and manage their career development.
• Ensure cost reduction by minimizing all kinds of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over-cutting, overproduction, and extra hour work.
• Prepare daily reports on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
• Foster a positive and responsive culture while ensuring the production schedule is met.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years
• Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
• Skills: garment production, garment industry knowledge, technical knowledge of garment production, textile industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, knit garment production, textile industry, textile inspection, textile engineering, knit garment manufacturing
