- Lead the planning, implementation, coordination, and day-to-day management of Child Protection projects in Teknaf (Rohingya camps and host communities) through both direct implementation and partnership modalities.
- Oversee implementation of project activities in accordance with approved proposals, work plans, logframes, budgets, donor agreements, and Project Follow-Up Plans to ensure timely achievement of targets and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of Child Protection interventions, including Case Management (CM), Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), structured and non-structured Psychosocial Support (PSS), and Community-Based Child Protection (CBCP).
- Support the rollout and quality implementation of structured PSS curricula and ensure Community-Based Child Protection approaches are effectively integrated across CM, MHPSS, and PSS interventions.
- Monitor project performance against agreed indicators, identify implementation risks and bottlenecks, and develop corrective action plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Inform the Field Coordinator of implementation challenges and recommend practical mitigation measures.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to Child Protection project staffs.
- Develop staff work plans, conduct regular supervision meetings, and ensure timely completion of performance appraisals.
- Work closely with the Child Protection Technical Specialist to facilitate technical guidance and ensure quality implementation of all Child Protection interventions.
- Identify capacity-building needs and coordinate training, coaching, mentoring, and technical learning opportunities for project staff and partners.
- Promote teamwork, staff well-being, accountability, gender equality, and safeguarding within the project team.
- Lead the management of implementing partners to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery of project activities.
- Organize regular partnership review meetings to monitor implementation progress, budgets, risks, compliance, and agreed action points.
- Provide technical and operational support to partner organizations in project implementation, reporting, financial management, procurement, safeguarding, and donor compliance.
- Monitor partner performance against approved work plans, budgets, indicators, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure partners understand and comply with organizational policies, Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Code of Conduct, and donor requirements.
- Identify partner capacity gaps and facilitate institutional strengthening and capacity-building initiatives.
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: master of development studies (mds)
