- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical machineries.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production floors and utilities.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and calibration of machines.
- Ensure proper machine settings to meet production quality and efficiency standards.
- Reduce machine downtime and support production team in line balancing.
- Train and guide mechanics on advanced machine handling and troubleshooting.
- Maintain, repair, and service all mechanical equipment including boilers, compressors, pumps, chillers, HVAC, and utility systems & Starch production machinery.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with government safety standards for boilers and pressure vessels.
- Experience: 6+ years
- Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
- Skills: mechanical maintenance, maintenance engineering, electrical maintenance, facilities maintenance, boiler operations, production engineering, equipment maintenance, machinery inspection
