About the Role:


This role will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs to increase company and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all digital and media activities, strategic execution, effective coordination, and clear accountability
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize monthly media buying plans to maximize budget efficiency and measurable campaign impact.
  • Lead content planning and timely publishing across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand objectives and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers on content creation, boosting strategies, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Direct campaigns with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars for digital campaigns and brand communications.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly competitor activities, digital strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities and strengthen brand competitiveness.
  • Oversee customer complaints, comments, and queries received through social media, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Contribute to annual marketing budgets and forecasts through data-driven insights on digital and media investments.
  • Analyze media buying and campaign performance reports to optimize monthly budget allocation and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage press releases, printing requirements, and monthly magazine insertions to strengthen brand visibility and presence.
  • Oversee website content and image updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal designers to develop magazine and press advertisements, engaging social media content, and dynamic digital posts.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for creative design, media planning, content ideation, audience targeting, competitor analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Prepare customized reports, presentations, and assignments as directed by the supervisor
  • Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management


Safeguarding Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so


Additional Job Requirements:


  • Required knowledge: Digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn); Programmatic buying and media planning principles; Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, e‑commerce dashboards); Content strategy and calendar management; AI applications for design, targeting, and reporting
  • Required skills: Campaign management and optimization across multiple platforms; Budget allocation and negotiation with agencies; Content scheduling and publication oversight; Customer engagement and complaint resolution via social media; Webpage content management and e‑commerce integration; Presentation skills and reporting to management; Collaboration with designers, brand managers, and external agencies; Problem solving in dynamic campaign environments; Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
  • Required competencies: Analytical ability to interpret buying reports and campaign data; Strategic thinking for annual budget preparation and brand alignment; Decision making under tight deadlines and high‑pressure campaigns; Leadership in coordinating agencies and internal teams; Innovation through AI‑based tools and creative approaches; Ethics and integrity in customer engagement and brand communication; Financial accountability in media buying and budget utilization; Adaptability to evolving digital trends and platform; Dealing with complex environment ability to solve them; Proactive, highly motivated and able to use initiative to a significant degree;
  • Ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly; Demonstrating/safeguarding ethics and integrity


Educational Requirements:


The candidate must be a graduate with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 2nd class/division or an equivalent result in all academic examinations. Marketing background candidates will be given preference


Experience Requirement:


Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
