Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, result-driven, and strategic Deputy Manager – Business Development & Sales to drive revenue growth for our security services operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate, commercial, and industrial clients, managing sales pipelines, leading contract negotiations, and strengthening key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire potential corporate, industrial, commercial, and residential clients for security guarding, electronic surveillance, and facility protection services.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from cold calling, initial client engagement, site surveys, pitching, and proposal submission to final contract closing.
- Tender & Bid Participation: Prepare technical and financial proposals for corporate tenders, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and competitive bidding processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, and HR heads across corporate accounts.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry pricing to develop effective sales campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Team Leadership & Targets: Collaborate with senior management to set achievable sales targets, mentor junior sales personnel, and deliver consistent monthly/quarterly revenue growth.
