Job Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Formulation & Strategic Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Lead to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of seasonal and festive campaigns, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and quality delivery.
  • Conduct market, lifestyle, and competitor research to identify trends and keep campaign messaging relevant and innovative.

 

Events & Activations:

  • Oversee the logistics and creative execution of on-ground activations, product launches, and promotional events
  • Coordinate with external vendors, event agencies, and internal design teams to ensure physical brand touchpoints reflect the premium nature of the products.
  • Monitor the success of activations through footfall analysis, engagement metrics, and post-event reporting.

 

Content Development & Communication:

  • Manage the delivery and development of content across digital, print, retail, and social media platforms to maintain consistent brand communication for the assigned portfolios
  • Review and edit copy, visual assets, and marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and storytelling standards.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to optimize content for UI/UX, social media engagement, and retail storytelling.

 

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed university

 

Experience Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a relevant role is preferred

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operational knowledge of AI tools and digital marketing practices
  • Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing, campaign management, and production processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting and MS Office applications
