We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and experienced professionals for the position of Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales of land, plots and other real estate properties, managing prospective and existing customers, leading the sales team and achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
Educational Qualification
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Land Development, Developer or Property Sales is required.
- Candidates with experience in reputed real estate companies will be preferred.
- Plan and execute sales of land, plots and other salable properties directly to prospective buyers.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for real estate projects.
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and organizational sales targets.
- Forecast sales, prepare action plans and ensure effective sales execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential customer leads.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients to ensure sales conversion.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Conduct personal sales visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Motivate customers and support the sales team in converting leads into successful sales.
- Arrange and coordinate customer site visits and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, customer feedback, prospect response and performance reports.
- Monitor sales and collection targets and take necessary actions to improve performance.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and service-related issues professionally.
- Support marketing, promotional, branding and business development activities.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining professional conduct and customer service standards.
- Develop new sales approaches and initiate action plans to secure new business.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
