- Must have proven experience in apartment sales within the real estate industry.
- Lead the team with full accountability and ensure team discipline.
- Setting departmental sales target.
- Ensure achievement of departmental target.
- Market analysis.
- Analysis team member’s performance and find out sustainable performer.
- Trained the team members to increase sales performance.
- Identify and create next level successor.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and submit supervisor/Management.
