Role Description The Deputy General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting strategic business decisions. This role includes supervising teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring that projects and processes meet organizational standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance. The Deputy General Manager will coordinate with senior leadership on planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, and will help implement policies and procedures across departments. The role involves preparing reports, analyzing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving initiatives that support growth and sustainability. The person in this position will also represent the company in key internal and external meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior management or operational leadership, preferably as a Deputy General Manager, General Manager, or similar role.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and decision-making, with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience in supervising teams, performance management, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial oversight, and compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity and accountability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; professional certifications in management or leadership are an advantage.
• Experience in the relevant industry or sector is preferred, along with a track record of contributing to organizational growth and process improvement.
