Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Controller of Examinations in conducting all exam.
- Supervise computerized result processing and timely publication.
- Maintain secure and confidential digital exam records.
- Oversee the issuance of transcripts, certificates, and grade sheets.
- Support the automation and digitalization of exam processes.
- Coordinate with academic departments, exam committees, and the IT team.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, backup, and confidentiality.
- Supervise exam-related officers and staff.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the University Authority.
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: master of science (m.sc.)
- Skills: examinerships, examination management, higher education administration, academic administration, higher education leadership, bangla language proficiency, candidate assessment
