Role Description The Deputy Area Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bogra District. This role is responsible for supporting area-level sales and marketing activities, including planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. The Deputy Area Manager will oversee customer outreach, manage key client relationships, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high service standards. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, supporting business planning initiatives, and assisting in the rollout of marketing campaigns. The role also involves regular field visits, team coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales operations within the assigned area.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience with Sales Operations, including data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning skills, with the ability to contribute to area sales strategies, forecasting, and market development plans.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and support long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or territory management within engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bogra District, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and basic reporting skills is advantageous.
