Transit Holidays, a segment of Transit Air Aviation, is looking for an experienced and proactive Holidays Executive – Department Lead to take ownership of our Holidays Department.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in holiday package development, itinerary planning, direct DMC and hotel management, package costing, customer consultation, booking operations, and B2B/B2C holiday services.

We are looking for someone who can build and grow the department—not just process bookings.

• Develop domestic and international holiday packages.
• Create customized itineraries for individual, family, honeymoon, and group travelers.
• Communicate and negotiate directly with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, attractions, and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare accurate package costing, quotations, and selling prices while maintaining profitable margins.
• Consult customers based on their destination, budget, preferences, and travel requirements.
• Handle the complete holiday booking process from quotation to final confirmation.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, flights, and other travel services.
• Build and maintain a reliable international vendor and supplier network.
• Negotiate special rates, complimentary services, upgrades, and exclusive deals.
• Develop new destinations, seasonal packages, and promotional holiday products.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, special requests, and urgent operational issues.
• Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, hotels, attractions, seasonal trends, and travel requirements.
• Support departmental sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Transit Holidays.
• Improve internal holiday operations, supplier management, and customer service processes.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Tours & Holidays, Travel Agency, Tour Operator, or DMC operations.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and itinerary planning.
• Practical experience dealing directly with hotels, DMCs, and overseas suppliers.
• Strong holiday package costing and quotation skills.
• Good understanding of B2B and B2C holiday operations.
• Excellent communication and customer consultation skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple bookings and customers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and travel-related booking platforms.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak travel seasons.
• Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
