- Check orders: Match food packages with customer bills and order tickets before leaving the hotel.
- Deliver meals: Transport food using a motorbike or bicycle within the local area, keeping items secure and spill-proof.
- Maintain temperature: Use insulated hot bags or boxes so food arrives fresh and warm.
- Collect payments: Accept cash or mobile/digital payments from customers and return exact change or receipts.
- Assist in hotel: Help the restaurant or kitchen staff pack parcels, clean work areas, or set up dining tables when there are no active deliveries.
