- Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, online platforms, and in person.
- Educate customers about the company’s chocolate products, features, and gifting options.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database and CRM records.
- Analyze customer purchasing behavior and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery management process from order confirmation to successful delivery.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
