Role Description The Data Entry Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abhaynagar Upazila. In this role, the specialist will enter, update, and verify lead information in company databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Daily responsibilities include reviewing source documents, identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, and organizing records for easy retrieval and reporting. The specialist will collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks, respond to basic customer or internal inquiries related to data, and follow established data management procedures. This position requires a strong focus on quality, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and solid Computer Literacy for efficient data entry and database navigation.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and clarify data-related issues.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to handle basic client or internal requests with professionalism.
• Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance experience to manage records, documentation, and routine office tasks.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Abhaynagar Upazila and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in data entry, lead generation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
