Job Description
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in MS Excel and other systems/files.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain order, production, testing, inspection, shipment, and other business-related data.
- Update tracking files based on information received from factories and internal departments.
- Verify data accuracy and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
- Maintain proper electronic and physical records and documentation.
- Assist Merchandising, QA, and Administration teams with data entry, reporting, documentation, and other related
- activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and reporting tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other administrative/data entry duties assigned by management.
