Data Entry Operator – Merchandising Department
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain Purchase Order (PO) information accurately.
- Update Handover/Delivery Dates and other merchandising-related information.
- Maintain buyer, style, color, quantity, size, shipment, and order-related data.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, trackers, and order summaries.
- Regularly update information in the buyer/company website or online portal.
- Check data carefully to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication or incorrect entries.
- Maintain proper records of PO amendments and other order updates.
- Organize merchandising documents and digital files systematically.
- Support the Merchandising Team with day-to-day data entry and documentation.
- Coordinate with merchandisers to collect missing information and keep records updated.
- Perform other computer and documentation-related tasks assigned by the Merchandising Team.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: diploma in computer engineering
- Skills: data entry, data entry and management, merchandising software, merchandise planning, purchase management
