Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate health-related data from various internal and external sources. The role involves performing statistical analysis, developing data models, and generating insights to support policy-making and program evaluation. The Data Analyst will prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders, ensuring information is presented clearly and accurately. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, responding to ad hoc data requests, and contributing to the development of data standards and best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling and working with relational databases.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one statistical or analytical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with health sector data, government systems, or large-scale administrative datasets is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to data quality and integrity are expected.
