Data Analyst

Market Express Ltd (MEL, one of the SBUs of Market Access Group) is one of the leading trade marketing agencies in Bangladesh. Currently MEL is working with different MNCs and Local Companies in field operations management, trade marketing, HR Process Management, sales & distribution and training & capability development. 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze field force and merchandising data to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and MIS reports.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Prepare KPI, attendance, salary, incentive, and performance-related reports.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Trade Marketing teams for data collection and reporting.
• Support management with accurate and timely data analysis.
• Perform other data-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, FILTER, and other advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong Excel and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
