- Plan and supervise daily cutting operations.
- Ensure optimal material utilization and minimize waste.
- Monitor cutting quality according to buyer specifications.
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, IE, Technical, and Production teams.
- Supervise CNC cutting, die cutting, clicker cutting, and manual cutting processes.
- Monitor marker efficiency and material consumption.
- Control WIP and ensure timely supply of cut parts.
- Reduce cutting defects through process improvement.
- Maintain machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
- Prepare daily cutting performance reports.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education: diploma in textile engineering
- Skills: precision cutting, fabric cutting, manufacturing engineering, cnc operation, production management, productionplanning, manufacturing operations management
